Where we ship

We ship to Canada and the United States. Every order is packed at our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

When your order ships

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping options and cost

Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Our fastest option includes shipping insurance.

Orders to the United States

For US orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Damaged or delayed parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@malathebrand.com within 4 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace or refund the damaged item (see our Refund Policy). If your parcel seems stuck or hasn't arrived, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
